There are several ways to find out how your customers ended up finding your store. The easiest way is to just ask them directly!
Sources
In step 2 of the order process, you can include the question ‘how did you find us?’. Your customers can then select an answer from a list.
We call this list of answers 'Sources', which you can find under the header ‘Visitors’ in the admin panel.
Adding sources
After you’ve entered one or more sources, the question ‘how did you find us?’ is displayed to your customers. You can add any sources you like. Don’t forget to hit that Save button after you’ve changed the order!
You can use the Textes par default to change the question. You can make it more or less formal, but you can also be creative with it: “Would you like to have your order gift-wrapped?”
